2. Appointment and Service Terms

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone or email.
• Clients must provide accurate information regarding the furniture condition and repair needs.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the furniture is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for repair.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via approved methods communicated at the time of service. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.

4. Warranty and Liability

Our workmanship is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Melbourne Furniture Care is not liable for loss or damage to items left beyond the agreed service period. All furniture remains the property of the client during and after services performed.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
• Refunds for services already provided will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. Governing Law
